Its ok for low, low cut carpet or rugs. It does'nt seem to want to track well. Goes all crazy with the tracking. On ceramic tile or vinyl composition tile it works great. It tracks well on tile. I love the portability of it and also how easy it is to empty.And the charge on it lasts a long time too. I would recommend it to a friend.

I have had many sweepers in the past...never did the job really and then had the nerve to die. This sweeper is great, picks up everything in sight, easy to dispose of all the stuff, lightweight, just need to plug in to keep it charged for all the sudden little jobs. LOVE IT.

Would have given this 5 stars, but it doesn't quite get along baseboards or hard to reach spots, like the Swivel Sweeper does. For the money though, this is a good product and I'm happy with it for the most part.

This was easy to put together and WOW does it ever pick up heavy duty spills. For a little machine it packs a big punch and the price was really great. I've returned steamers and other items that didnt do as promised and this little Bissell knocked them all out of the park. I would highly recommend also very light weight and easy on the back. Also easy to empty out just a super great buy and price

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT ITS EXACTLY LIKE IT DESCRIBES. I LOVE THE WAY IT SWIVELS AND THE HANDELS.
