Love this carpet cleaner. It made my carpets look like new. I have 4 dogs, 2 puppies, 3 cats, 6 kittens and 2 kids so needless to say my carpets have gone through a lot!! So glad I have it to clean up messes fast! :

After years of renting lousy carpet cleaners or paying someone to clean my carpets, I decided to spend the extra money and purchase this unit.... and I am glad I did. Not only does it clean the carpet better, it also dries faster because the vacuum sucks the excess water from the carpet. Also, it is taller than other models, so it is easier on your back.

Before this purchase I had researched other compeitive equipment. We decided to try Bissell mainly because of brand reputation. We have used the "Big Green" on carpeting that is at least 16 years old? with no major cleaning that we were aware of? The inital result was much better than expected.The machine pulled a considerable amount of dirt and debris from the carpeting. And it looks like with additional cleanings we might be able to possibly restore this carpeting to within maybe 50%of new?

This carpet cleaner is AMAZING!!! My grand daughter accidently spilled a glass of red kool aid on her pink carpet in her bedroom about a month ago. I cleaned it up as good as I could with the little carpet cleaner I had at the time. After opening my NEW BIG GREEN CLEAN MACHINE and not having to put anything together, I couldn't wait to see if all the reviews I had read were true. Well, They WERE. That old red kool aid came up like I had just waste it. BEST DEEP CLEANER EVER
