To keep it short - the mattress is abslutely phenominal. Best nights sleep in a long time. HSN on the other hand, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Too long to even type. Customer service is awful! Turnaround time is awful! Communication is awful!

I thought i was crazy ordering a mattress online but after reading the reveiws I couldnt help mysel..It took a while to arrive but its JUST WONDERFUL...I bought for my 8 year old son and he thanks me everyday or it...I want one of my own now!!

Finally a perfect combination of firm and soft. LOVE,Love this mattress! I have to express my praise to the professional delivery service too. These guys were early,considerate and careful when moving the old bedding out and the new in. Thank you for this product and the choosing of delivery team. This was a very good experience and I'm very very pleased and would purchase another mattress from HSN.Please keep the delivery service they're worth their in gold. BEST OF ALL My back is better
