Very disappointed with this set. Received mattress and box spring. Mattress sagged in the middle the same day I received the purchase. Box Spring was poorly made. Box Spring did not match Mattress. I would not reccomend this model. Returned for Top of Line Beautyrest. Still awaiting shipment.

This is the second bed my husband and I have purchased from HSN. The first for our guest bedroom and this one for us. We are very pleased with both beds. This bed is extremely comfortable. It is "cushy" with the lower back support we were both looking for. I had been experiencing shoulder pain and that is now gone. Both of us are sleeping well and thrilled with this purchase.

I've owned Simmons bedding since the early 70's and while Brookvale is comfortable, it is far from the luxurious bedding I had hoped for. I waited several months before reviewing to give fair feedback.
Bed has begun to show sagging in in lower body region the large button compressions are difficult to position on-I will add a gel topper to alleviate this. Otherwise, thanks to HSN and easy-pay options, this was a good purchase. Simmons however has lost a bit of quality control for the dollar pd.

This was the 6th mattress in a search that I purchased to be soft yetfirm not to cause a bedsore. I gave brand new mattresses away. I can only sleep in one position due to bone cancer and I could not find a good mattress that would not cause me a bedsore. Enter Simmons!This bed is comfortable and soft yet it is firm also. I love it and have had a wonderful sleep from the first day.No bedsores! I am very pleased.
