We paid more for this matters than we ever have paid.It has been replaced after three months because of body indentions but here again the replacement looks like it is 20yrs old with body indentions. We would never spend another dollor on a simmons mattress. We did not contact simmons again if two mattress did this can't see any point,so save $1,000 don't buy one

My daughter is not happy with the mattress. Showing body depressions and she is not a heavy person. Just too much hassle to return. An expensive lesson!

Is a wonderful mattress. I had to get the first one replaced because of an edging issue but the new one is just great would get another one in a heartbeat.

VERY HARD & UNCOMFORTABLE... OnlyTheBest, MI Rating 9/16/2011
The pillow-top padding on this mattress did not offset the firmness at all!! I found it to be extremely firm and very uncomfortable. I slept terrible on it. It was also hard to turn over because my body would sink into the pillow top and settle there. HSN arranged for pickup and return, but it is taking MONTHS for it to arrive back at Simmons and for my account to be credited!!!
