So not as soft as it claims good thing I got a plush mattress pad to go on top otherwise not so bad..I also ordered on Feb.19th and didn't get our mattresses until March 19th seriously disappointing to have to wait a whole month to receive them!! All in all wouldn't recommend ordering big items from them and would say you really need to try out mattresses before you buy them but thats just me.

I received my order on the projected date. I was surprised that it took a month to deliver, but it was well worth the wait! The mattress is much taller than I had anticipated, but it was a plus. The bed is firm where it needs to be, yet soft due to the pillowtop. Like other consumers, I was nervous about purchasing a mattress online, but I am very happy I did.

It is one of the best moves I have made towards attempting to get better from fibro plus other physical ailments.It is by no means a miracle cure but it definitely supports my back and body much better than the bed we had prior to this which was a queen size Tempurpedic bed. In all fairness our prior bed was not FIRM which is an option with that bed.I sleep much sounder, fall asleep faster and wake up with less pain.

Bought this for our little girl's room that doubles as a guest room. I find myself using excuses to sleep in there with her. Mattress is firm and soft at the same time, incredibly comfortable!!! Delivered quickly and without issue. Love love love!!!
