After 3 months the mattress has a 2 1/2 sage in it. Simmons says its normal! how can that be, anyway they will not replace it.

Ordering- This process was effortless.
Delivery & Set-up- HSN has fine tuned their delivery and set-up. Not only did they call ahead of time to arrange an appointment to delivery my new bed, but they took the old one away. These three gentlemen were on time, professional and down right pleasant.
Paying- Of course it was a $900 bed, but fortunately HSN has this ability fine-tuned
If you need a new bed, I highly recommend using HSN TODAY.

Purchased as a replacement for older mattress set in secondary bedroom. Great loft quite firm without being too harsh. Sleeps like a dream! You cannot go wrong with this set, trust me.
