The mattress came within 2 weeks of order and I love it. Its very cushy but not too soft just like I love it. I got a king size and I sleep so comfortably. thx hsn still never disappointed

Not what I ordered, not comfortable... dees943, CA Rating 4/4/2012
Burden is on the client for returns of incorrect orders. Mattress is 9 inches not 12 as advertised. Called re return for correct size. Told I must reorder, and be charged again. When correct size arrives and I return incorrect size, then the extra charge would be removed. Of course, by then interest would be charged on my Credit Card. Also told to contact Sealy, they stated could not help with problem.

Ordered our mattress solely by the host presentation. I am very pleased with the quality & comfort of our new Sealy Queen set. Flex pay is great, free shipping & our delivery, plus the removal of old mattresses were done with such courtesy. I give HSN & crew 5 stars! Happy in Texas.
