It's bad enough that I placed this order for this item and my credit card was charged. What is very annoying is the fact that after taking my money, I was randomly checking orders, only to see it was refunded. I called customer service to find out what was going on and was told there had been an inventory issue and I would not be receiving this item. To add insult to injury, I am now being asked to review and item I never got. Really.
