Shipping was fast however this came with absolutely NO instructions and when I called HSN they didn't know what to do. So I found them myself online. On top of that, I was shorted 6 of the 26 wood dowels needed to put this together and had to make my own to finish putting it together. THEN, the remote is broken and you can actually hear a piece rattling around inside of it! I would think at this price, HSN would do a lot better job of ensuring the parts are all there and everything works!
