I am sorry other people had problems with this candle. The one I received is so much more beautiful in person and smells like a gardenia. It is so substantial and looks like it would cost hundreds elsewhere. I do put flameless votives or tea lights in my Lisa candles because I don't want to take the chance of ruining them. They are beautiful when they glow, but even more beautiful in full light so you can see the detail of the design and crystals.

Candle is lit with tea light candles. I cut wick as low as I possiblty could. Right before my eyes the wax on the outside of glass insert began melting. I blew candle out and let cool. The wax melted away from the back surface of candle which you couldn't see very well. So I did the same again with another tea light candle. Again,the wax melted away from rim of glass. Beautiful candle and idea but terrible quality.

Good concept...need work... uncivilized85, TX Rating

I ordered three of these candles. They are very pretty. The odor smells like moth balls..not sure that was the target fragrance. I have had considerable trouble with crystals and pearls falling off the side of the candles. Quality control needs to be in place at this price point. Great looking candle and would like to see more like this.
