I love my wall mounted fireplace! After being instructed on how to properly mount it , i kept it, and am so glad i did. My request is that hsn continues to carry the gel fuel cans despite the fact that they no longer sell the wall mounted fireplaces. Although i do burn my candles more often than li light the fireplace, lighting the fireplace looks so awesome, and gives me something to look forward to once the weather gets cold.

We like the crackling sound and it warms up the living rm. The only problem we have is when we relight the fuel gel it has a distinctive ordor

this fire gel is ok has a smell with some cans and some cans have that crackle sound but not all of them, compared to the other fire gel I would prefer the other that one has no smell and every can crackles, but due to the cost it is very expensive so I had to purchase this one. In the future HSN should carry other brands.

Still waiting for call back so I shipped fireplace . No one offered credit for gel cans. Paid to shipped them back. Will hopefully see credit soon. The cans were the best part of the fireplace. Without them the fireplace was a hallow decorative box.. Not what I am used to from HSN.

When my fireplace was recalled I had no use for the gel fuel. Customer service was great and just issued me a full refund rather than having me ship it back. Not sure what I am going to do with all these things but HSN could not have handled this better. So 3 Stars for customer service.
