I must admit that I did read previous comments about the mirror arriving damaged , but I thought maybe just a fluke, "MINE SHOULDNT COME DAMAGED" boy was I wrong, as soon as I took the top of the package to pull it out of the box, my son immediatley saw the crack,I kept it becasuse I wasnt sure if it was worth the headache to repackage and drive all the way to my nearest UPS,I have learned my lesson, I will take heed to others comments on line, thanks

This one is surely the prettiest of them all. Such a beautiful mirror at a fabulous price. But, buyer beware. Shop at your own risk!!! Or should I say ship at your own risk?

The mirror is quite nice. That is if get one that hasn't been broken! Mine came broken in 3 places. Now I am faced with the task of packing this monster up and hauling her back to UPS. If you have one of these items you already know what a task this will be and if you dont, you've been warned. Or I could take it and have it fixed for probably double what Its worth. Anyway, I will let you guys know the cost to repair each panel, as I feel sure some of you will be asking yourself this question.

Very Pretty But Arrived Damaged... Anonymous , Rating

Very heavy mirror, be careful with it. Very attractive. This arrived with two major chips on it. Terribly disappointed with the quality control at these manufacturing plants in China. Reflects poorly on HSN. I'm going to keep it because it's not worth to send it back. What a shame so many of us have had problems with this. Shame on HSN.

Arrived cracked!!!!!!... Anonymous , Rating

I never was able to even view this heavy mirror. I just started taking it out of the box and it was cracked so my husband and I just slid it right back in the box. HSN said UPS would come and pick up the mirror and they NEVER did. I had to carry this huge mirror to the UPS store and stand in line for 30 minutes. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! The box is marked FRAGILE in one place and its not very visable, maybe HSN should have marked the box in large fragile letters as well as it being glass.
