Bought this for my birthday party. I like it alot. I wish the serving dishes were a little deeper. But the heating element is great as is the large water/lasagna pan. I asked my caterer to make enchiladas directly in the pan. Before the party, I heated them halfway in the oven and then placed the whole thing on the hot tray. By party time they were piping hot and mm-mm-mm. I've also used the hot tray with saucepans. Works nicely. Also attractive on the buffet table.

I ordered two,one didn't heat well and the other came with a dent in the large pan . So now they had to be repacked and returned,so much for that!!
