I ordered two of these lamps. I received one of the lamps I ordered and another lamp that was totally different. After notifying customer service, I was told to simply return the wrongly shipped item. I was then told that because the lamp that I originally order a quantity of two was now "sold out" HSN could not replace it. Because I specifically ordered two lamps because of where they would be placed in my home, I needed two of the same style lamp. Instead of going the extra mile and locating another lamp of the same model as ordered from HSN, I was told to just return both lamps. I found the manufacturer of the lamp I ordered and have purchased directly from them ( at a lower cost than HSN offered. Since it doesn't seem to matter to HSN how it's customers are treated AFTER they have paid for items, I will take my business elsewhere.
