Holiday Greetings!

Is it just me, or did the holidays come earlier than ever this year? As we are surrounded by the sights, sounds and smells of the season - I wanted to steal minute to say Thank You. Just the fact that you're taking the time to come to HSN.com (and that you're reading my blog) is a gift to me and all of us at HSN. We appreciate you.

This year, more than ever, we're reminded how important you are to us - we are grateful for your business and your support. We value your questions and suggestions. Your input makes us better. We will continue to raise the bar in 2009 and we will strive to bring you the best products and service we can offer.

Hi Constance in NY - The pendant you are asking about belongs to one of our stylists - can you believe that I (of all people) arrived at the photo shoot for my "headshot" without bringing my own jewelry!? It was one of those days.....I will ask our buyers to take a look at the photo and see if this can be duplicated in ruby (I would want one, too!).

Hello Sam in the Windy City.....I use several skin care products from different lines we sell here at HSN....here are my tried and true favorites:
Serious Skin Care C No Wrinkle (cleanser day and night, face serum, eye serum, C extreme results)
Private Nurse (by Cosmedicine - I use this every night after C no wrinkle)
Meta-Morphesis (by Cosmedicine) This is a wonderful exfoliater I use several times a week.
Eyes Alive by Wei East - I use this every morning to perk up tired eyes (I use them with the Wei East green tea eye treatment pads)
M.Asam Aqua Intense - Face and Eye Serum (I layer serums first than finish with Private Nurse).

We sell so many great skin care products, it's truly hard to choose favorites, but these are all worth a try! Good luck :)

Hi Mary Beth in VA - The Deb Guyot Lemon Drop Necklace was supposed to be here for the November Silver Gallery, but didn't make it in time....We are working on it for Deb's next visit in March. It's a truly beautiful item (my favorite from her line) and I promise it will be worth the wait!

Happy Holidays Sue in NC - I use a couple different products on my hands....The Perlier Hemp Hand Care Kit (lotion, cuticle oil, nail hardener) and I use Carol's Daughter Hand Treatment Kit (Salt Scrub and cuticle oil). Both are wonderful - give them a try!

Lynette in ND - This is the first time I've been asked this question!! The strapless bra that works best for me is one I found at a department store. It's by Wacoal - it's their Halo Lace Convertible strapless bra. It's seamless, unlined, and has silicone edges to prevent slippage. I'm not quite as well endowed as you (!) but this bra has worked well for me. I will see if Rhonda Sheer can make something similar so we can offer something like this on HSN....I do think if you look, you can find this brand on line - hope this helps!

Carol in NY - I am sorry to hear you had trouble with your box - if this should happen in the future, please return the box right and way and we will replace it.

Emme in CO - Thank you for your question - I'm sure many friends reading this have questions about pearl care. You said it best - the worst thing for your pearls will be grooming products (hair spray, perfume and lotions). Be sure to wipe your pearls after each time you wear theme and store them in a soft pouch (or in a box where they won't be scratched by other jewelry). If they have lost their luster you can dampen the cleaning cloth or use a mild soap (like ivory flakes) to remove excess build up on the surface of the pearls. Be sure to let the pearls dry completely before storing (lay them on a cloth to dry). Also, if they need a little extra shine you can use a small drop of olive oil and massage it into the pearls. The best way to keep your pearls looking beautiful is to wear them! They love the natural oils and warmth from our skin. Never use harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners to clean pearls. Enjoy your beautiful treasures from the sea.
