I purchased this watch, and when I opened the box, another Steiger watch was in it. It was the OTHER "Regal" stainless steel watch that's $100 less than this one. I called HSN, who ordered a second one for me.
When I got the second one, it was the WRONG watch AGAIN!!! So, because these watches ship directly from Steiger's factory, HSN has no control over what you'll receive.
Don't waste your time, effort or money trying to buy this watch. YOU WON'T GET THIS WATCH!!!
BTW, I even emailed Steiger from their website, and told them about this problem. I never got a response. That was three weeks ago.
HSN was wonderful. Steiger.... NOT !!!!
