Hi Wei, we watch your shows religiously on HSN. We get a little stressed if we miss a show and have not yet ordered what we need. We are looking for the large size Youth Recaptured and are also interested in large Chestnut packages which include the large tube of Chestnut Milky Cleanser. Hi, I am 29 years old and I’ve been looking at these Wei products for quite some time now, and I am very interested and intrigued by the before and after results. I am thinking of trying this product but I am not sure what I should start with. I have oily skin and am acne prone...I have some acne scars and was wondering, too, if Wei products have something to help those scars disappear. Any suggestions?
Sheree, although we can’t recommend anything specifically for acne, we can certainly suggest a good daily regime with China Herbal. This regime will help to eliminate excess dirt and oil that can lead to breakouts. Include in your regime the CH Foaming Cleanser for deep cleaning, Toner to remove excess oil and dirt, CH Youth Recaptured – this oil free serum will help to firm your skin and keep your complexion bright, finish with our China Herbal Daily Moisturizer or our new China Herbal Awakening Moisturizer.

Hi Wei, Susanne here. I have purchased several of your sets including the White Lotus and Chestnut line. I love them both. I agree with another fan who is interested in the T-Shirts. I would love to purchase one or maybe you can include it as a gift with purchase. One idea would be to include your sentiments about: Simple, Healthy, Elegant, Happy, SHE's happy. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your products.

Hi Wei, Dee again. I am 52, with some discoloration due to the sun, very dry skin & some loss of elasticity, as well as enlarged pores. Like I said, I already have several of your products, but would like your recommendation on which ones in particular I should be using & in what combination. Don't know if I am to use the China Herbal, White Lotus & Chestnut all at the same time, or alternate, or if some should be done together & some not. Thanks again & keep up the good work!
Dee – Sounds like a combination of products would be best for you. Try using our staples in the China Herbal line – Youth Recaptured and Eyes Alive. Add Chestnut Milky cleanser along with Chestnut Extra Firming Cream for day and use White Lotus cleanser and Moonlight Recovery at night. Keep us posted!

Hi Wei! I love your products! I have purchased several in the Chestnut & White Lotus lines recently. I saw a product in one of your kits this weekend that I don't believe I've seen before & I thought it was advertised as being a new launch. It was a tube with a little brush that instantly removed lines - max effect 2 minutes. What is this product name - I can't remember & I want it!

I can't find Youth Recaptured other than in a kit. I use most of your products and love them so much; I give them as gifts for all occasions. I seem to need more of the Youth Recaptured than all the rest. Please bring it back as a single purchase or even a double!!

Hello Wei, Could you please put the China Herbal Youth Recaptured and White Lotus Defining Moment together as a kit? I have looked for the Youth Recaptured but can't find it. A lot of these kits have things in them that I don't use or already have. Please consider these two items. I have very sensitive skin but these products I can use. I also have very large pores and these products diminish my pore size. You are a lovely lady and I enjoy watching you on HSN.

Wei, I love the T shirts the ladies wear every time you're on the show. Will you consider selling them or including them in one of you kits instead of the little purses? Or have a choice of T shirt or purse... I use the China Herbal, Chestnut, & White Lotus lines. I love them all and alternate. I have introduced friends & family to your products... Men & women. I bought the 6 gift bags, the white lotus kit & two of the 1oz eyes alive.

I always come back to your products...I have tried everything, and all expensive, and your products I love the most. I am 58 years old and everyone tells me I have beautiful skin....I recently shared the White Lotus skin care with my mother who is a beautiful 82! She loves it...and it has really helped her skin. Wei, today I ordered the White Lotus creme de a creme hydration kit. Is there a kit for both hydration and firming or do I need separate kits? I need both at my age.
Jennifer – The White Lotus will concentrate on hydrating. You can always incorporate some of our Chestnut line in your regime to get the best of both. Try adding our Chestnut Essence or Face Pads to your routine. This will help with firming.

Do you have a product that helps to diminish the lines and puffiness under the eye area immediately? There is a product on the market that eliminates lines under the eyes, as well as the puffiness in just under two minutes. It also lasts approximately eight hours, until a re-application.
Carol – Our Intensive Herbal Eye Pads will help with puffiness, lines and dark circles. Add our Eyes Alive before you apply your pads and you’ll have a double threat!

I love the China Herbal line and I'm so disappointed there isn't a basic China Herbal collection available to purchase (cleanser, toner, moisturizers)! :( Maybe it's just too basic and boring for all those other fun, huge holiday collections. Wei and HSN, please bring back the little $20 China Herbal try-me kit!
