Orderd bike lets just say been a problem from the get go. For applying for card to get bike, to not saving info and not geting20 off cupon then.To not beeing added to email for my oarder with info purches.. to told coming sooner then x mass and then not showing up day scheduled. Got box next day torn apart!!!!!!!! and opened to put together thanksgiving and someone had to have droped box hard for such a solid bike fram to break! Where you slide in handle bars was coplety crushed! turned inside .

I ordered this bike at the beginning of the month. With excitement, I began to put the bike together to use that night. To my astonishment, the wrong part was sent for the handle bars. I reorder the bike, it is now two weeks later and I still don't have a replacememt. I will wait patiently, but if there are any problems, I'll make sure you'll hear about it.
