This is my second slendertone! I had one of the first ones that came out, and I have worn it out. The belt helps to tone and strengthen my core. I use it along with other exercise equipment that I own. I love it! You can put it on, and sit, or work around the house. It does all the work! I sit at a desk all day and this has helped me with my posture. Along with my diet, and other exercise I have lost several inches. Will replace when this one wears out!!

I have only been using it for 1 week, but it works as described. I would recommend this product. With daily use I know it will be effective.

I open it,try to get batteries in.To me it look cheap,the main part of the belt.So i sent it back,with insurance on it..
