Three months in, disappointed.... rc5353, AR Rating 5/13/2012
I was shocked at how many small pieces this consisted of. I really had no choice but call and schedule assembly and pay extra for that. Up until last night I would have given this at least 4 stars. I usually only plug it in when I'm going to use it but I forgot to unplug it last night. In the middle of the night I heard a loud clanking noise coming from the flywheel area. The 90 day warranty is expired so now I'll have to hire someone to come and try to fix it. I'm disappointed.

I do like this equipment. Must have two people to assemble. When I placed order the young lady said it was almost completely put together. It WASN'T!!! It took two days to assemble.

Awesome and my dream... Sassy26136, PA Rating 5/8/2012
The performance of this eliptical is awesome. It is quiet, sturdy and gets the workout that you need to get results. The mp3 port plays music excellently from my Sansa device. I find this product to be completely enjoyable. It was faily easy to assemble although it calls for two people, it took me some time because I didn't have any help and was too excited to wait. The wait was worth it. Thank you Proforma and HSN.

Still waiting on a part... penniedj, AL Rating 5/4/2012
I would love to tell you how this product is but I have been waiting on a "front stabilizer" bar which was missing from the box, for over 2 months now. I have called the company several times, I am told they don't have that part in, or it is on order. This part is the same as putting a bicycle together but missing the front tire. I did not buy this equitpment to let it sit up and hold clothes which is what is happening...
