To many pieces and difficult to assemble,however proform offers technicians to assemble machine for a cost of $169.00 dollars.

Still no treadmill yet, it has been 11 days since we ordered it. It looked like HSN processed and shipped it right away so kudos to them. The hold-up is with UPS freight. We received a phone call from UPS freight yesterday informing us that the treadmill is in their Nashville office, but because it is 256 pounds and they don't have enough equipment to deliver it since it's a "risky" delivery, I will have to wait. I don't know why HSN chooses to use UPS, they have the worse service ever.

Received this email before receiving product. Still waiting, butwas notified treadmill would arrive 2-15-12. Nothing yet.

I received my treadmill early without any delivery issues. It was a little time consuming to put together about 2hrs. We got everything set up pluged it in and the belt doesn't work. I called CS who walked me through checking the motor. Apparently the motor is not working so they had to send out a technician. The technician called to schedule an appointment today which is not until next Wednesday....not so happy about that. I also saw better treadmills at Sears on sale this weekend.

This is a professional size treadmill similiar to what you find at a health club. It is super quiet, so I can workout in the earlier morning before work without disturbing anyone. All I have to do is press some buttons to tell the treadmill what my goals are, and it does the rest for me. How simple is that. Love it!
