Very disappointed with HSN for continuing to sell this item. . . thought they had a quality review process! Received and assembled the cardiotwister just to find that the pedals made a loud clunking noise and would lose resistance and drop towards the floor. Took multiple calls to HSN Customer Service and about six or seven weeks to get the return label from the manufacturer which had no tracking number and then had to lug this heavy machine to the post office. Did finally receive a refund.

This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever purchased!It IS LOUD AND CLUNKY!My 4 yr old has been"trying it out" for about 30 minutes talking about how easy it is!This shouldnt be easy for her! It sounds like someones working on a train!There is NO resistance and the noise is driving me insane!I just cant believe that HSN is premoting such a product!I hope it isnt as hard to return as the previews have stated! ITS NOT even worth the shipping I'm paying to send it back!I am very disappointed!

The concept is good but its not very well made. The shaft connecting the handlebar is too long and not enough support at the base to prevent it from wobbling when you use it. My hubby put this together for me (not that simple) and he actually stripped the threads trying to get this tight. You have to ask for a return label - takes 2 weeks to arrive and about 10 days for refund once to lug it to postoffice (not UPS)- NO RECEIPT. Can't believe its back on the air!!

Perhaps Brenda had one, maybe two, of these things that actually work. You buy it, you try to send it back and it is as hard as everyone says. I don't believe the problem with service is with HSN but rather with the manufacturer. Save a headache and save money. HSN could build great customer relations if they would just refund the purchase price to everyone that bought this item. No questions, no having to ask for the refund - just let it appear! Now that would be a great exercise for HSN.

Can't believe the negative reviews. Mine works very well (son assembled) I don't have any of the problems others are having. Its sturdy (and I was a size 24 when starting) and its not noisy. Great concept and in less than two months I'm down to a size 20. That says to me that this product works because this is the only excercise I've been doing with a low-fat diet. I will continue to use this every other day as prescribed and plan to reach my goal of a size 16 by July (my b'day). Thanks Brenda.
