I give them to my grandson 11 years old-I think it has decreased his cold this season. He has no trouble swallowing nor with his stomach with these, as he has had with other pills.

I first ordered Andrew's Hair, Skin and Nails and after finding his claims to be absolutely true.....am growing new hair in previous balding spots......I decided to try some of his other products and love my new energy and get-up-and-go.
I would recommend any of Andrew's products to all. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Andrew Lessman Essential Factors
Andrew Lessman's Essential Factors contains high potencies of five vitamins and minerals that individuals tend to most frequently add to their multivitamin or supplement separately.
Each capsule supplies 200 mg of two exceptionally mild and non-acidic forms of Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate and lipid soluble ascorbyl palmitate). Essential Factors also includes 200 mg of calcium and 200 IU of Vitamin D - the two most essential nutrients for a healthy skeleton. This supplement also includes high levels of the most frequently doctor-recommended B-Complex vitamins - Vitamin B12 and folic acid.
