I was very disappointed in this item. It just did not do what I expected it to. It would have been better if there would have been a way to lock the back in different places so that if you didn't want to go all the way back you didn't have to.

I tried using this several times. Followed manufacturer's instructions for adjusting height of rollers, but it still didn't fit correctly. Ended up straining my neck and having to visit my Chiropractor. Don't waste your money.

I'm a fitness guru, and this was recommended by a friend. I think it's okay if you life your neck off the rollers. The DVD might be a little misleading instruction wise, but for lower abs, the leg lift exercises are killer and make my abs hurt in a good way, so I know they are working hard. This is a great piece of equipment and alot of traditional ab exercises can be done on this w/modifications.

I was not pleased with this item at all. First when I opened the box, I noticed that it must of been a return, because everything was already opened....so it was definatly a used product. I tried the machine and was so disappointed, you are better off just doing sit-ups from the floor,,,,I had it on the highest tension and still felt nothing, and wondered what I was doing wrong,,,apparently nothing,,,another gimmick for the mid section,,,,,

I wouldn't waste your money on this product. I was looking for something to help with my middle section. They made this look easy. But unless you are in great shape it is anything but easy. There is absolutely no back support and also no support for the neck. I used it for two days and my back, not my abs, hurt so badly I decided to send it back.
