Well, where does one start? Lets see, the last thing I remember was my wife being brought in to the O.R. -- oh yes -- my beautiful new baby boy, Leonardo Giovanni Battista Borghese, was born on August 14th and was 6lbs 11oz. Everyone is doing very well and we are still trying to teach Leo that we humans sleep at night not during the day:) Both Massimo and Francesca are in love with our new addition -- Max started Kindergarten this year and Francesca Pre-K -- I would like to take a moment out to tell you all how touched we are with your gifts and letters. My wife Katie and I just can't believe how generous and thoughtful you all have been -- thank you is simply not enough but certainly necessary. THANK YOU!!! You all are very special!

Amanda and skip, thankyou for all your wonderful products.You used to have brush and ready volumizer for the hair. I miss the volumizer, but not the hair spray. Would it be possible to bring the volumizer back as a duo or single but not the hairspray. I really need this. I love white almond, the lemon and the lilly of the valley. Please bring the diffusers in lemon and also lilly of the valey also maybe an orange for the kitchen.Your black rice products are so great, also hemp.

I just want to thank you guys for being there for me. I had a very difficult day and was in a real funk. I turned on telly and there you were. I had no idea that you guys were going to be on which is very rare for me. It cheered me up and then it happened again. You had the Mandarin Ginger on which I have been wanting to see for a long time. I believe that the Lord brings little miracles to us when we least expect it or when we really need it and you came at a time when I really needed it.

Love all your products, however i have to have more double latte with the peppermint. one day at the po one of the clerks told me i smelled sensational. the nexxt day i had snowdrop on and he said i smelled like an angel which made me feel great. to me snowdrop and peppermint latte are close in scent. i have used alot of your scent and they are all top of the line, please f ind me some more peppermint latte.

Have you ever thought to design the Honey Bath or Cream in a container shaped like the honeycomb? Or have the lid shaped as such? The container can be re-used for refillers. I am in withdrawals from not having your wonderful products. My 7 yr old autistic son set our house on fire in April, no human injuries or tragedies, but all my IBB was destroyed! We had to rebuild part of the house, and my husband lost his job a month ago. Unfortunately no $ for new IBB. I am treasuring what little survived in tub!!

I would like to ask a question about LAVENDER on autoship before the BB was shut down there was talk about a lavender kit on autoship in JANUARY is this still planned,maybe you can address this on one of your appearances.Also i love the honey envigorating body spray i received it in a kit can you please launch this on it's own.SEE YOU SOON..

So wonderful to have you back. I know I don't speak only for myself, but, HSN has lost some of it's magic without the BB's, ESPECIALLY, the IBB Board. Sending best wishes and prayers to you and your new treasure from heaven. Leo, such a regal, strong name. Can't wait for the October show. I find myself planning my days around your show times. first time writing to ibb. love all your products. honey,olive oil, and hemp nail hardening oil are the best. congratulations on your new addition. can't wait for all upcoming shows. i agree with another comment about small hand creams. the girls at work love the small body creams. when i feel generous i give them out, but prefer to keep everything to myself. so far banana cream and honey have scored well at work. hope to talk to you during a testimonial in any upcoming visit.

Thanks so much for the PERLIER FRUIT SORBET HAND CREAM TRIO ITEM 283-415. This was a specific request I had made on the IBB forum several months ago-- you'd said to wait & watch for it and now here it is! I'd actually asked for a QUAD (to include the PAPAYA PULP) but with Papaya Pulp readily available as a DUO, this new TRIO collection is absolute dreamy perfection! Great sizes for toting along in purses or as stocking stuffers also! Thanks again! Gonna have to order a whole CASE of these!
