I received my Garage Butler on Friday and installed it the same day. The installation was really simple and the unit works great. It connects right into your existing garage door button which is really simple, and then you choose how long before the garage door closes when it detects it is open. The wires were plenty long. In fact I cut them short for a cleaner install but you don't need to do this if you don't want. It would be great if the unit could run off batteries so I did not have to use an AC outlet, and the beeping that happens before it closes the garage door is pretty loud but otherwise I think the unit is perfect and I am thinking of buying for my brother for Christmas.
