Thank you all for the many, many Blogs! And "Welcome" to all you new customers, too! Skip and I think it's wonderful to see so many new friends joining our "family"!

You have asked many questions, especially about whether we will be carrying some of your favorite fragrances again - if ever! As you know, we have over 100 fragrances, and we are adding NEW ones all the time - so, unfortunately, this makes it impossible to keep everything, year after year, even if we love them. Sad, but true.

The trend in fragrances, as in fashion, always calls for newness, newness, newness. Remember my saying: "Predictability is the kiss of death"? Well, I, like many of you, USED to be set in my ways - but now, after many years, I have finally learned how to have a fabulous time discovering OTHER fragrances, OTHER ingredients, and other herbs and botanicals! God's Garden is just chock full of surprises, marvels of color and of scent, and full of exciting gifts for one and all. Let's open our lives to discovery, change, and new favorites!!!!!

Here are some answers to your questions:
- Ylang Ylang: Back, in "spurts “
- Blue Iris: Back, in "spurts" but is available now on HSN.com
- Royal Lily & Peony: Will not be back.
- Rosa di Maggio: On it's way in November but can also be found now on HSN.com
- Green Tea: Can be found on HSN.COM, right now.
- Calla Lily: Shower Cream and Body Cream on HSN.COM right now.
- Jasmine: Blue Jasmine introduced in November and is even better than Jasmine!
- Musk: Back in 2008 – but new.
- Honey Bran Soap: No plans to bring it back.
- White Tea/Bergamot: No plans to bring it back.
- White Tea/Magnolia: No plans to bring it back.
- Wild Orchids: No plans to bring it back.
- Travel Sizes: We will bring back the body creams...right now the hand creams and shower gels are too costly to produce in tubes.

So there you have it for the moment.

Another concern of yours I wanted to address is that many times you say you receive jars of our body cream which are not "full", or that the cream does not go to the top of the jar. We have enlarged our body cream jars to a 7 oz. size, as opposed to the original 6.7 oz. size. HOWEVER, you are getting a full- 7 oz. body cream. It is just that it is in an 8.4 oz. jar!!! Therefore, it will never be filled to the top.

When the jars are filled, in Italy, the body cream DOES appear to be higher - but during travel to the USA, the body cream will "settle". Please believe me, you are getting a full body cream, in the amount of 7 oz., no matter how it appears in the jar. I hope I have put your fears to rest!

Please, please bring back the Elariia Shea Butter self-tanning cream! It was the best I've ever used. I thought that fragrance was one of the standards that wouldn't be discontinued. I see there is a coconut milk and mango but I don't want to smell like I just walked in from the beach! The almond shea butter was such a nice, light scent that didn't overpower. Please, please....!

I just read your update on some of the scents. I love IBB and is the only bath product I use. I have not seen one of my favorites [WILD JUNIPER] for a while. Is WILD JUNIPER coming back or not? It is such a clean, crisp, wonderful scent. I have a bottle from about 5 years ago that I refuse to open waiting to stock a replacement first. Please let me know when you will be bringing it back. I love, love, love the scent of WILD JUNIPER. No one else's compares to yours.

First-IBB is pure bliss,I LOVE it! I have a cabinet-FULL of a variety! But when reading comments from loyal shoppers like myself, I find such frustration in all who desire 'their favorite' fragrances & can no longer get them. Why bring new scents in but take away all of our favorites? We are your long-time customers; so unfair! I CANNOT LIVE w/o my BLUE IRIS & am babying the last of what's left. Can't you slow down on new scents and keep us old customers HAPPY too? Are you aware of this pain?

Please bring back the Elariia Shea Butter with Sweet Almond Milk.It smells so clean and fresh.I do not care for the Acacia or the Tuberose.I also like the White Almond and have used that for many years.Is there any way you could please bring back the hand cream and the body lotion in these two fragances?I really do not care for the florals.I like the clean scents and have been a fan for many years.

I too love the florals instead of the fruit scents. The best florals have been discontinued. Please consider the people who prefer floral scents and bring them back periodically. I have started buying only shea butter since the fruits scents have taken over.

Amanda Skip, When is Perlier's Caribbean Vanilla Eau de Toilette going to be back? Vanilla Coffee is my favorit, in fact I got a bottle from then internet and dropped it on my bathroom floor and now it won't spray. I haven't given up, I'm will find a spray bottle I can put it in. I also love the mango and lime but would love to have the coffee back. I'm going to order two more bottles of the mango while they are still available! Thanks, Kathy

I have been using the newest honey body miel, just went online to reorder and it's not there. This is also the case with the same line in liquid soap. This is getting very old, we enjoy one line especially and cannot find to reorder. I guess I will cancel and future orders with your line and try another vendor, one who does not discontinue the lines so often.

PLEASE bring back Pink Peony!!! It is the only fragrance I wear that doesn't affect my allergies and everyone always comments on how nice it smells! It's so frustrating to find that one of the most popular fragrances is constantly unavailable. Many of us don't want to change, or can't change our shower gel constantly. New items are wonderful, but NOT at the expense of the tried and true items that have built the line. Please bring back Pink Peony!

I am so disappointed to see you are not bring back the Green Tea with Bergamot. I used it recently at the hospital and the nurses fell in love with the fragrance. I still get comments on the scent every time I use it at someone's home when I vacation there. Please, bring it back I really liked it in the 32 oz bottle!! I have even tried to buy a bergamot body wash at other stores but it doesn't have the same fragance, they don't even compare to your body wash!!!

Skip and Amanda: I love your products. I don't know which is my favorite; I use different ones at different times of the year to match the season. I have been waiting for the Cucumber/Mint body cream, shower gel and hand cream; I have a jar of the body cream and hand cream and use them sparingly because I haven't seen it offered in quite a while and just don't want to be without it. It is a wonderful scent and I hope that you will bring it back soon.

In response to lorraine's comment (11/07/07)about the white almond products. I see that you're not offering the same kits you used to, and I can't purchase the big jar (13.5 oz) of White Almond creme. Also, my autodelivery orders have been cut twice (I used to get 4 items, which became 3 items, and now 2 items. All for approximately the same amount of money! Please start making at least the 13.5 oz jar. It's not a big request. I'm sure lorraine and I are not the only people who love it.

I am absolutly shattered that you have 'retired' Royal Lily & Peony. I don't understand why you keep adding all of these new products [some of which are completley bizzar-who wants to smell like chocolate??] when you have tried and true old favorites. I am a faithful IBB customer with a few favorites. Like Amanda, I love Pink Peony; unlike Amanda, I'm not quite as fond of Snowdrop and it has not replaced Pink Peony for me. Will Pink Peony be available on autoship with the shower gel and body cream again at some point? Silly me--I thought it would always be available and now, alas, it has disappeared! This is a plea from a 51 year old customer to bring back that deliciously feminine fragrance.

Hi Amanda and Skip. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy your visits. They are like a short trip to Italy. I was one of the people who just loved the Calabrian bergamot scent. I realize that you are not bringing IT back; but, perhaps you can bring back a new and different version which includes the bergamot fragrance. Happy Holidays to you and your family, I love all of your products. Just turned 3 friends on to the Olive Oil line. Since your fragrances are so true I'm wondering if you've considered trying heliotrope. It's such a deep mysterious fragrance and I know that Italian B&B could do it justice. It's very difficult to find any heliotrope and if I do it doesn't smell like true heliotrope. I've found it in Germany but unfortunately I don't get there very often. I have been a IBB fan for years! You got me hooked on your Shea Treatment Butter! I loved this so much I have bought many other IBB products. After many years as a faithful client, I have been unable to get the treatment butter for some months. I think it is good to introduce new products, but not at the expense of those that have helped you gain so many fans! Somewhere your focus has shifted to new products and you no longer show any loyalty to your supporters and the products they love!

Hi Skip and Amanda, I was on your auto ship for a very long time and i loved the program but I wanted to be able to try some new lines, is there any way for you to allow us to alternate new products with the old standbys...maybe for a limited time, this way we keep our autoship on the products we have but can slip in a new one now and then,especially when you make it so appealing as you always do. can you work on this for me, also where is my double latte spray cologne. my favorite.

Hi Amanda. Please reconsider the decision to discontinue the Wild Orchids. I, too, love the rich body cream, the hand cream, the bath and shower gel, etc. And, the packaging is so beautiful for gift giving or just giving to one of your friends who is going through a bad time or sickness. Also, on the Jasmine, is the Blue Jasmine the same as what was in the yellow packaging? I love the Jasmine. Thanks for your wonderful products!

I am so disappointed to hear that you're discontinuing the Royal Lily & Peony (my Mom's favorite) & the White Tea/Magnolia. Besides the lilac, those are the only fragrances of yours I've reordered. If you ever stop making that, you'll lose me as a customer. You know, new isn't always best. It's frustrating to find something you love only to have it replaced with fruit & honey & chocolate scents. I for one, don't want to smell like food!

Skip and Amanda -I LOVE your products and have purchased almost every flavor. My favorites are White Tea/Bergamot, Wild Orchids, Royal Lily & Peony and Avocado & Lemongrass. Three of my favorites have been discontinued!!!!! I LOVE the White Tea & Bergamot the most & my cleaning lady just dropped & cracked my 1 liter jar of the bath soap! I NEED THIS. Princess Amanda, I am a nurse and have found the new perfect fragrance for me to wear to work, of course it is your Snowdrop Collection, from the bath gel to the spray on fragrance, it's just what the Dr. ordered. I used to wear a heavier fragrance, that got stronger when I would perspire....not good for work, but oooh that Snowdrop, is just right. I love the TS, I received, and the dry oil is great , as well as the talc, I'm on autoship of course. Thanks again for the referral.

I have been trying to find the Almond Blossom Body Mist for the Shea Butter line with no luck, but Skip had said that it should be back in the fall. I found 1 on e-bay and bought that. I asked her if she had more than 1 and she said no that was the only one she had because it was being discontinued, and that was new to me! Skip, what about this, are you really discontinuing the body mist? I sure hope not, but I don't know whether or not I'll like it yet, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!

I just received Amandas new scent today. Boy Skip, you did an excellent job on mixing a different array of scents that all compliment each other! I have a new favorite perfume now and I am going to share it with all my friends. Pumpkin is heavenly. Not your usual pumpkin pie smell - this is a hint of fresh pumpkin bloom mixed with several different scents to make a wonderful fragance. I usually love a pumpkin scent but this once reminded me of a candle that had just been blown out and had that burnt smell to it. A friend of my also agreed about the burnt smell. HI; I just received my Pumpkin Spice and I have to say that I returned it to HSN the same day :( I didn't like the scent AT ALL. Pumpkin Spice is a nice scent for potpourri or candles, but not for a body lotion. My vote is a big NO! Anyway, onto another flavor--OATMEAL!! I received the Black Rice Special Offer combo and began using it last Thursday. This is now Sunday morning and I plan never to be without Black Rice. The change in my skin is nothing less than a miracle. I've had dry flaky skin for all of my 71 years and this is the very easiest and best product that I have ever used. Previously if I moisturized, my skin was greasy. With the Black Rice - my skin is dewy and the lines are substantially reduced. Bravo IBB !!!

Skip and Amanda, I am a nurse and have fallen in love with ELARIIA Double Latte with peppermint...and so have my patients and co-workers, I bought 2 starter kits, WAY not enough. You can't imagine how it lifts the spirits of someone who can only do a bedside wash-up,it is so refreshing in the AM, and a backrub with the body cream at night, helps them sleep, and I believe it helps them forget for a little while, that they are in the the hospital. I want you to know that I adore your products - since i found you I'll be a lifetime customer! I have a problem though - my mainstay products are the shea butter with almond oil line. I use them constantly -including the body treatment butter - which you no longer stock!I have a jar of the soft butter in reserve, but please bring back the original before my feet crack and dry and fall off! I love IBB but I have to say that I am disappointed in the diffuser fragrances. I was so excited to get the new cinnamon, but it doesn't smell like cinnamon. It really smells like nutmeg. Nutmeg is ok but I really don't like a whole room to smell like it. Anyway, I am done with the diffusers.

I hope my favorite citrus scent, bergamot also returns. The White Tea/Bergamot body cream was one of the most beautiful Elariia fragrances, and the cream contained Olive Oil, a great moisturizer. I'd be happy if the scent was combined with the Olive Oil Body Cream, and re-issued in either IBB lines, Elariia or Perlier. Please consider this because you'll make a lot of your customers very happy.

I was unhappy that one of my favorite IBB body creams was discontinued, Jasmine. It's scent was a great base that enhanced most of my fragrances. It also was the only IBB cream with Aloe, my favorite skin care element. The new Blue Jasmine has the scent, and the new Aloe&Soy has my favorite moisturizer. And I can use them together or separately. Thank You Amanda&Skip.

Amanda,years ago I bought my husband a fragrance called Grass Oil. I loved it on him. I havent seen it in years, but when you came out with the Avacado and Lemongrass, it was so much like the scent, only better, we've used it ever since plus your others. Concerning Snowdrop diffuser short life. I noticed it going down very quickly so I used three sticks to try to make it last, then I actually put the sticks out of the jar (closed jar)and had them just laying out. they still smell good. Not very strong but nice clean soft scent of snowdrop. been couple of weeks without putting them in liquid and I can still smell them when I walk by them. Still have some liquid left. Would like to have buy refills instead of buying whole glass bottle again.

I wish you would bring back Royal Lily and Peony or tell us where we can buy it from your stores. It is my favorite scent. I don't like Peony by itself. All the product I get, creams,lotions, soaps,bath gels smell like metal or the product has gone bad. I know that doesn't happen so it is just that I don't like this particular scent. Even if you bring it back for one time (let me know haha). I bought three bottles of the eau de toilette. Only thing you have available. thanks so much.

Several years ago I tried a set of grapefruit lotion and bath cream which I loved. (It was light yellow in color and smelled delicious). While looking for more of it, I came across tall thin bottles of shower and bath gel about 6 months ago and bought 2. Well, was I disappointed. It was darker in color, almost orange and there was hardly any scent at all when I used it. i did return them. Will you be bringing back the original grapefruit???

I have very dry skin. All of your body creams do moisturize very well but I have noticed that the new flavors (Hazelnut, Mimosa, Verbena) have a different formula. They seem to last longer even after putting on jeans and socks. Is there any way that you can incorporate this particular formula in to the older flavors? I LOVE the way it makes my skin feel. I love the fragrance defusers and am particularly interested in ordering gardenia and lavender flavors. Please put them back in stock. It s true that one can find them by other companies on the market, but they only offer vanilla and perhaps one other scent. Yours are the best.

I love the Double Latte with Peperment. It has almost surpassed my love for White Almond and Shea Butter! It smells like Junior Mint candy. It is a very light and soft peppermint, not strong at all. It is great!!! My dog loves it too. He always tries to lick it off me. I think this is his new favorite too. Pleas bring in back in gallons!!!!

Hello Amanda and Skip I recently tried the Snowdrops and I have to tell you that I love it. It is now among my favorites of Peony Lavender and Honey. I have been using your products for about 9 years and I've never found anything better. I would love to see you come out with a bath and body line with oriental lilies. I want to try the Tuberose and the Blue Jasmine line. I tried the Mimosa but I didn't like it or the verbena. Thanks for making such great products.

i juat want to say ive been using ibbfor several years now and i know ithas no medical claims but i want to tell you my husband had chemo and with that his skin ws so dry it would flake off i started him on the rice line and his skin cleared up in no time now he uses the coconut mango and the olive line most of the time thanks for such great products

darlene in MN is not alone in wondering about the rapidly disappearing SNOWDROP diffuser. I've heard many express similar comments but don't understand why this is so? The first batch of diffusers last year were significantly smaller (much less liquid) but lasted for MONTHS! The CINNAMON APPLE, CRANBERRY SPICE and DOUBLE LATTE scents were all scrumptious! They seemed to fill up the room with scent and lasted forever. DL was especially nice for bedroom, very serene, harmonious, relaxing.

On those lines you're not bringing back, would you PLEASE consider bringing back ONE more shipment of each so those of us who LOVE those lines can stock up -- I'd never have let myself run short if I knew you were going to discontinue my favorites! Who put together those HOLIDAY KITS? It's so neat that each one is different-- not just different scent choices but different items in each. The NARCISSUS has the powder (in jar with puff), the WHITE ALMOND has both the shampoo and hair mask, BANANA teams up the large bath foam and velours with that rare find, my favorite BANANA JUICE HAND CREAM-- yummy! At first glance, it just seemed there were several similar kits but it's worth taking a CLOSER LQQk!!!

Am very curious about the BLUE JASMINE line. I know it was available in the FLOWERS FOR YOU set awhile back but didn't get a chance to try it then. Have only tried the hand cream in the regular JASMINE line but enjoyed it tremendously. And the other blue-like lines I've tried (BLUE IRIS and the MEDITERRANEUM SEA KELP) have become favorites! So I am anticipating that the BLUE JASMINE will bring some satisified sighs and smiles!

Last year I ordereed several wonderful olive oil kits; kit included liquid soap, hand cream and bar soap; all for under 420. Is thee any chance you will bring back such kits? There are times when 'body wash'and 'body cream' products seem too imtimate to give and yet the hand soap/hand cream combinations are perfectly appropriate. Please consider bringing us several of these combinations, in popular fragrances, or flavors, for holiday gift giving..Thank you for your attention to our concerns

I watch you all the time but somehow I missed that and it's NOT on hsn.com. I'd rather have more of our old favorites -- Juniper, Bergamot, Royal Lily, Jasmine, etc. -- than some of the new ones, e.g., Mimosa and so many honeys, esp/Eucalyptus. I know you can't please every. I was also sorry to hear that Wild Orchid would not be back, an excellent fragrance. Just received the Hazelnut and my first impression was good. My favorites are Snowdrop, Gardenia and your most beautiful scent of Tuberose. Wow, there should be more talk about that line and a perfume should be added. The last time you were here I ordered the Nutissimum (Hazelnut smell), as with all your products, this smells wonderful... Just not sure how I feel about smelling like a food product yet.... Actually it smells like a Hazelnut Coffee. I will test it for a few days and then get back to you...... I also bought the Snowdrop, Love the spray fragrance, but the cream has a slight chemical odor..... not sure about that yet either, but it is all fun..... Sorry to hear Peony is not coming back, thks

HI, I missed your last show as I was out of the country. When I was able to access a computer the Mandarin spice #276-115 was sold out and now I will be gone again on your next show. Do you know if you will be having the same kit 8.4 shower, 6.7 body cream,3.5 talc, 4.2 hand cream for $29.50 and if so, when will it be on the HSN.COM? I cannot imagine going thru winter without this fragrance.

On our Excoboard Italian Bath & Body Community Board, we've noted this for a long time as Skip previously informed us that they would NOT be here. We diligently listen to all the shows and make notes of all the hints, tips and answers to questions and keep a calendar for guidelines on what to expect. Though nothing is written in stone, as Skip reminds us, it does give us a good indication of many things!

I love your products and during your last visit to HSN, I purchased a very large order. Some of the items were very poorly packaged and one set broke. The Customer Service person at HSN was very accommodating and replaced it. The styrofoam packaging material is inadequate and needs to be replaced. Everytime I receive a shipment with styrofoam, I cringe. HSN needs to explore another type of material to pack the products.
