What a lovely vest, but I could not understand the reason for the ruching just below the shoulders, just emphasizes sagging breasts without making room for them, only drawing attention to the fact that they are not as close as they could be to the ruching. VERY UNFLATTERING!!! I sent it back. If not for the ruching, I would have kept it and loved it.
