The draping was odd at the bottom. It looked like a "bubble" skirt, but fit very strangely... on the way back to HSN..

ONE PIECE OF WRINKLED MATERIAL... MARCELLUS66, IL Rating 4/3/2012
I could not believe the condition this "so-called" dress came in. One big wrinkled olive ball. I did not realize this was a "Final" sale, since I am not a pro like some of you ladies. HSN sent me a postcard stating I would get store credit-but the amount is blank. I am going to make a concerted effort to watch what I buy in the future.

"Dress" is very unflattering on my granddaughter. Fits poorly and way too baggy, even on a size small. The drapes on the front and back of the dress just hang. Kept the dresses ordered two only because my granddaughter is wearing them in cosmetology school. Even though she is only 4 ft. 9 in., she has to wear leggings to conform to the dress code at the school.
