Love these bras for working out or to sleep in. They dont give a lot of support for everyday wear. I usually wear both of them for more support too.

I am wondering if I should order a smaller size. I wear a medium t-shirt so I ordered a medium bra. It didn't hold me up.

This is my second set of Rhonda Shear "Ahh" bras and -- once again -- I'm very pleased. The material on this set seemed to be thinner than the first set however, but the comfort and feel of the is superb, just like the first set. No complaints.
