If it's Jeffrey Banks, I know it will be top quality. I have 41-42" chest, typically wear size large on top, and bought this in XL no L available when I ordered. I washed it in the washer in warm water. It was a little smaller when it came out of the dryer, but it fits great. His PJs of same material I bought in L, washed and dried the same way, but they must run a little larger or didn't shrink as much because they still fit fine. This nightshirt is very snugly. What a great price, too.

This is very well made, I plan to use it over my night shirt as a cover up and not sleep in it. The footies are great too.
