I love the vest, yes it is light weight which makes it perfect for summer weather here in KY. It was wrinkled when I took it out of the package but it ironed easily inside out I would not want to put the iron on the outer material I have not washed it yet but I feel certain if washed by hand it will be fine, love the way the fringe hangs and the jewels at the neck line almost work as a closure the way they lay it holds the vest together. Very cute item works with just about everything.

Vest was wrinkled from being shipped in the bag. No way to iron, hand washed per instructions hoping it would relax the wrinkles. Washing relaxed the fringe right off the vest. It's a Hot Mess, Not happy at all. Ordered to wear on vacation to Nashville.

The vest is a great fit and looks nice with a pair of denim jeans. However, I don't think it is worth the original price.

Got the brown, usually wear med or large, suggested size xl, got the Lg and it is perfect! Will wear it a lot and think the thread like fringe will be ok- one of my favorite things from HIH for sure! :
