This does run large,so I gave it to my Mom.Wow it fits her perfectly!My Mom usually takes a large and the medium fits her to a tee.Absolutely a beautiful blouce

I bought a couple of the DG blouses in the same size...this one was way too large...looked like a tent and too much "bling" for my conservative taste.
