Hi Girlfriends,

It is almost fall and every year at this time I get excited about the new products we are bringing to HSN for the fall season. For my many girlfriends who have been asking me to bring back Propolis Lift I have exciting news. In my shows on October 4th and 5th I will be introducing the new “Secret C Rapid Lift”; a new and improved version of our best loved Propolis Lift that was part of our Vitamin C line for years.

This new topical, instant, temporary, face, neck and eye lift contains Propolis along with the Rapid Transport C ingredient we call “Secret C”, a stable form of Vitamin C that is skin penetrating and transported through the skin more rapidly than other forms of Vitamin C. Propolis, which we refer to as “nature’s glue” is what bees use to keep their hives intact; lifting and tightening its surface.

Along with Propolis and Secret C the formulation contains other powerful lifting and tightening ingredients, like soy protein which help give a tightened and lifted look to the skin. Please sell the Argan Oil powder compact by itself. I use the product line, but powder runs out long before makeup does. You have the creme makeup on line by itself, but not the powder. This is the only powder I have been able to use. Others are too dry and fill lines. Argan powder feels natural and won't clog lines and pores.

I am so disappointed that I can no longer get the Signature Club A Five (5) Essentials cream for face and eyes with Quzomes. This is a fabulous product and I see that the only way to get it now is within a set of products. You used to sell it in two-packs. Phenomenal product. Great Price. So disappointed it is not availabe still in that format.

hello, I would just like to take a few minutes to say a few things I don't know if all the blog's are read but, it seems to me that alot of women want alot of old products that have worked for them, as i do ! if you would listen to the customers there be alot more sales, I'm not a big make-up fan,but I do like all of the meltdowns and skin care products. just my opinion Thanks!

Hi Adrienne. I have been using your 4.5 oz. Advanced Formula Essentials Creme + 1 For Face & Eyes with Deep Penetrating QuSomes for many years now. It's the only thing that works well on my face... as a mom of 3 kids under the age of 5, I need all the help I can get! :) I tried to order more and I am unable to (it is only listed as part of a few kits but not sold separately). Please make it available for ordering again. If it is discontinued, are you planning to replace it? Thanks much!

Adrienne: I have used your makeup for about 4 years, I wish I could purchase the Jet Tech Powder by its self, as I can the 8 butters makeup. I love this make up but don't always need the kit with the bag and all. Everyone compliments me on pretty my skin is. I think that it's this makeup.

I am finally down to the bottom of the 2 for 1 sale of Signature Club A.. Advanced Formula 5 Essentials Creme for face & eyes (with deep Penetrating QuSomes). It lasted FOREVER! Now I can't find the stuff here. Did you discontinue it on me? I see you have some cleanser but I don't want that, I want the daily creme. It seems like there's WAY too many products now and it's quite confusing. What replaces what I used to get and love?

I would like to see the return of caviar line. I love the body cream of caviar with rosewater scent. It deeply penetrate to my skin without oily feel & the smell is invigorating. I stocked up quite a few jar and now I have no place to purchase them with the quality and the price you can offer. I like the way it feels in my skin. My also like the day & night caviar cream as well as the eye gels. Please bring them back, it would make a great holiday season treat for myself.

Hi Adrienne, I am very anxious to try your products but I'm confused as to which products would be best for me. I am 52 with fair skin and green eyes, brown spots are beginning to show, I see fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes and mouth, and the area around my jowls is beginning to sag. After cleansing, what should I use and in what order? Can you suggest the right skincare and makeup products or the right kit for me? There are so many choices I feel a bit overwhelmed. Hello Adrienne. I've been a fan even I was still living in Toronto. I used to go to Adrienne Arpel counter at the Bay store at Yonge and Queen streets for a facial and fabulous products. I've been buying your products here at HSN and love especially the Morning Pearl Creme. I was about to buy another caviar set line which included this and it is gone. Please bring it back. Dear Adrienne, I recently tried the Argan oil and I LOVE it. I have oily skin with very large pores that tends to break out easy and it has never been clearer since I started using the Argan oil. I went for a facial yesterday and my facialist complemented me on my skin. It would be great if you put together a kit that includes the makeup sticks in addition to the face treatments. There was a night cream that was very thick, and whippy looking, and tinted a peachy-yellow in color. It came in a white jar with a black lid. I LOVED it. My skin is very dry and this was the best product I've ever used. I'm sorry I can't remember the name. I threw out the empty jar, and tried Merle Norman night cream for a while. I would love to come back to this product and use it, but I can't find it on your web site, or on HSN. Do you still produce this product?

Please help, I really hope you can. About a year ago I ordered the Imperial C cream, at that time it seemed a bit heavy for my skin. Since then I have turned 71 ugh and all of a sudden I look like a prune! I found I had a bit left in the jar so I tried it one night and walla, a miracle happened overnight the wrinkles are gone but sadly I am now out of Imperial C. When I look on the list it is there but when I click on it sadly it is gone. HELP, where is it, I am getting desperate.

Hi Adrienne, I have been a customer of yours for over 14 years. I am a woman of color and miss the woman of color foundations. My husband uses your products also he loves the 5 essential cream and the vitamin c line. Please I beg you bring a limited edition of the woman of color foundation and blush then at least I can buy multiples to last for a while. Love your products cannot duplicate the foundation coverage with any other line.

Having many of problem with your watches. Lost one with extra straps. Jewelers will not touch high end with stones watches afraid of losing stones. I have 9 beautiful but dead watches. The straps should have been recalled with a credit and this otheer issue is frustrating. All I spent on your watches alone could have been a Rolex. Really. HSN has little respect for these issues. Sorry I'm a shreholder.

Adrienne: I love the Rapid Transport C line of products, and I also have the Argan Oil collection. I get totally confused with all the different lines, and don't know if I can mix them really or not. I do find the Argan Oil cleansing pads very oily and I use them at night, and with all the oiliness of it, I can't possibly use the night capsules and serum. At 62. is the Rapid C enough for me? Dear Adrienne, I have used your products off/on as far back as when you line was in Neiman Marcus. I am close to 50 years. My skin is oily, eyes dark/tired, uneven skin tone. My skin is starting to lose elasticity. I do have acne on my nose and chin area. I have not purchased your products for 3-4 years. I don't recognize which ones to buy. I need a very light eye cream for the day. Also what is the shelf life of your products? I have coconut melt down a few years old. Thanks

For years I have been using your Shea Butter Moisture Splash makeup. The kit came with foundation, blush and eye shadow, hair thickener, etc. I ordered extra kits with my last order which was awhile ago. I am now out totally. Adrienne, Please return the SPF 8 butters creamery makeup & blend-in concealer (Shade #2 medium) to your makeup and skincare kits and also add back the Industrial strength skin concealer (yellow) to your kits also. I have been having to purchase each of these separately since I cannot find them in your kits anymore. I love your products and kits and they are so reasonably priced. I cannot afford to buy everything separately. I have been using your products since 1995 or 1996.

Adrienne, Have been using 5 essentials at the time when they were 4 essentials. As I have grown older, I use the Rapid Trasport C night elixir in addition to the 5 essentials. I use the meltdowns, doesn't matter which ones, except I didn't care as much for the mandarin. Your products work and I'm not allergic to them and they do their job for me . I will occasionally try something different, but come back to your products. Missed your 2 for 1 last time. See you next time.

I have a request for the Precious Argon Oil Cleanser to be something I can purchase seperately because I run out of it first. And thank you for making things affordable especially in this tight economy. It would be even worse if we couldn't still look our best! By the way, one of my all time favorites that really works for me is the Platinum Elastilift 500.

If sp, then you really need to count all of your blessings. My husband hates jewelry, so he thinks that no one else should get any because he won't wear even a wedding ring. Hi I just wante to share some shopping ideas with fellow shoppers, Toni Brattin has some great products, her power powder and selftanner is amazing and I have tried all of them. I also tried the tan towels which were ok but they streak qnd turn orange cause you can't see where it goes and not enough product on the towel. Oh and her body secret skin care system smells great! I was so excited to find out that they are on HSN but also her peronal web site at Toni Brattin you know the rest,

Hi Adrienne, I've been using your products for over 10 years. Would you please consider bringing back you original vanilla scented products? I received so many compliments each time I wore them. I still have some of the bottles of body splash but they're pretty old! But they still smell great. Loved the body creme, shampoo/conditioner, hair thickener and soaps. If you do bring it back, please also make an exfoliating shower gel. The Big 7 Wondercover wheel was also a must-have product.

I used your Platinum Elastilift 500 INSTANT UP FIBER LIFTS......it came in a little silver bottle with a pump........it's been quite a while but I stock piled it, and now....it's all gone and I don't know what to do! I love the eye elixir but hate the tube. It tore open on the bottom of mine with one squeeze. For the price, it's disgraceful that this is how poorly it's made. These tubes should be taken off the market until they are improved. The former gold tube was far better.

Adrienne, I love your skin care line for more mature skin; the products with Rapid Transport C and Hyaluronic gold 1000. They are amazing. I used to hate looking at myself in the mirror because all I saw was the effects of aging skin. Now I love the skin I see because the lines have all softened greatly, and some have actually disappeared. My skin is much plumper and dewier, and I love it.

Adrienne, please bring back your Lavender C stick, I loved that for under my eyes and in the creases beside the mouth. It instantly made lines fade without being greasy, and smelled wonderful. The Lip Putty you have in one of your old makeup combo compacts is the best product I have ever used on my ex-smokers lines above the lips. Please put that in stand-alone packaging. Both of those items are stellar products for older women, and I was so disappointed not to see them anymore. Thank you.

I loved the foot scrub--goodbye crocodile skin (I think that's what it is called). Also I loved the facial scrub capsules. Are either of these coming back. Adrienne, I just found out that I have breast cancer. I need something to help me draw my eyebrows on. I have no clue how to draw eyebrows, so any advise will be greatly appreciated. Hey Adrienne, I love your products. I have been using the no transfer this summer because I live in the south and the humidity can be unbelievable. It really works. It does not come off. I am outside a lot because I am a teacher. I get hot and sweaty, but the makeup stays on. I don't put on anything before I use it because it has the moisture core. I can't wait until you come on in October. Your makeup line is my favorite and I think you are a wonderful advocate for women.

Currently, I am using your Industrial Strength Line Be Gone eye ointment but that doesn't seem to be in your product line either. Please bring them back. The freeze dried royal jelly was great for the skin around my eyes.

Adrienne - A number of years you had a 'Fragrance Burst Moisturizing Body Splash'. It was an amber color and didn't specify the scent. There was also a body cream with the same scent. You were to use this after bath/shower all over. I really loved the scent and it 'stayed' with me all day. It wasn't an oil; Could be used as a fragrance replacement because it stayed with you all day. I'm sorry that I can't give you more details. Can I still ge this? Somewhere?

Hi Adrienne, your old pal in Montana, Mary Anne here. Do you plan to or will you please bring back the PEACH color eyelid primer/concealer?? That product hid my dark circles better than any camo or combination. I've tried all and when I ran out, the regular concealers would not work. May I add, it also helped keep eye makeup on all day irregardless of weather. Please either bring it back as a separate item or add it back to the camo kit. Thanks for helping us hide our flaws!

I am new to the product line and have purchased two different kits and love them both the double up c kit is great the meltdown is wonderful and the capsules are great, at the same time I ordered the fiber fill kit love it also was trying to use both at once and decieded that I will use the fiber cloths and the fiber night cream on those days when you are just to tired to do much and on those nights when I want to pamper myself I use the c line. But please make the fiber makeup larger please
