I was totally disappointed with this TV. I could not identify the channels I was watching, ie. Chan. 2,4, 11, etc. Unable to see the heads of the people When I notified HSN how dissatis-fied I was and wanted to return it, I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping. As a result of this transaction, I will part ways with HSN. I was with them for many years, but will not take this kind of treat- ment from them. Iris Thomas
