Being returned. You must be able to play a mini disc on your computer to get the program you need to download. HSN can't help, we were advised to contact the company to see if they can help. Useless!

I am unable to tell if it's a virus I don't know how to find or the camera it's self, ether way the video Quality is bad and I seem to be having compatibility probloms with my windows 7 and this Qsee Product and Softwar.
