I was just about to give it a good review, when it started to force close on every app. It has turned into a very expensive paperweight. I did everything the people at the help center told me to do and it still didn't work. As soon as I can get my sensetive information out of it If I Can, I'M RETURNING IT? Get the Le Pan ll or the nook I bought both and haven't had a problem with either one. One star is too much. Maybe I just got a lemon but I Can't give the Nextbook 9 Tablet a good review.

I bought this for a christmas gift for my dad and never receive the tablet HSN/UPS let someone else sign for the package.. I had to go get something else.

Kept it one week and a neighbor took it off my hands. I just hate paying double postage. I am now happy I bought an Apple3generation. I wish I had researched better. HSN has both brands so it is all good. :I just did not think it was worth the money. Just my opinion, gwa

I purchased this back in January 2012 and right after the "Return Policy" expired, the thing stopped working. When I called, they were rude & just kepted telling me that it's past the 30 day return policy. It worked for about a month and a half. Then it wouldn't power on. You had to hold the button in the entire time to get it to turn on. As soon as you let go, it shut off! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!

I should have learn my lesson from the first one I got I have 8'4 screen and and little while after exchangeing three times they took some things that the book use to do away and then tried to make me think I was crazy and said it never did well I could watch video, etc on it but then it stop customer service is the pits to me they are crooks and lepan even though different name is by the same people nextbook I would not recommend anything of nextbook they are not a good company at all NO LIE
