I purchased this tablet last December. About 3 or 4 months later it keep freezing up and foreclosing on me. I returned the tablet and Nextbook sent me a new one. It started the foreclosing thing and I reset it to the factory settings. Nextbook provided the instructions. I am now going to send the second tablet back to the company. I think this purchase has been a waste of my hard earned money.

I have a broken screem and i call to see if they can fix it. I was told the screen is not cover, and there nothing they could do. The worst customer service i have had. The customer representative even hung up the phone on me.

The Nextbook 3 that we bought last December was the worst electronic purchase we have ever made. There is no support from Nextbook and everything on it is out of date and functions poorly. I only give it 1 star because I can't give it zero.

I purchased the Nextbook3 last December. I worked fine for about 1 month then would not turn on using the on-button. I called Nextbook and they said I could turn the unit on by using a pin on the back and using the reset button. INCONVENIENT, but I did it for a while. Then it would not reset so their next solution was to get it turned on and leave it on and plugged in to power. I purchased this item because it is PORTABLE! I am now trying to get Nextbook to replace the item.

This worked ok for awhile.. froze up at times but now the screen is totally out. I bought no warranty so I'm actually just out , costs too much too just fix the screen.Sad because it was a gift fr my 12 year old grandson
