This phone broke...they were kind enough to send a new one...but when we tried to activate it we were on the phone for 2 hours first time. They said it would be activated in a few hours! Never was...called them back and was on phone another few hours...that was 5 hours ago...it is still NOT ACTIVATED. My daughter is on the phone with them again. FIrst, there is a language barrier so they don't understand us and we do not understand them...it is also alot of background noise in their office so it is hard to hear. NOT a good company! Surpised that HSN would sell products like this.

wow - no voice mail!... Anonymous , NY Rating

This phone is okay. BUT talking to customer service is a NIGHTMARE! no one speaks english very well -tried 5 times! then gave up! worst of all - NO VOICE MAIL available on this phone - HSN you should have told us! wanted to use my old cell # but did not know you had to have your current cell phone# active before you could port the number. I'd cancelled mine a few minutes earlier and being able to use my current Cell # was the top reason I purchased. Dont' cancel old till you port in new #!

Poor customer service... Anonymous , OH Rating

Purchased this phone with the understanding that I could transfer my current phone number to this one. I was told that it could be done, but that it would take 7 to 14 days and that I would not have the use of either of my cell phones. So reluctantly accepted a new number from Net10. The phone is very cheap, not the $200.00 value stated. HSN please be honest when informing people of a products capabilities.

I bought this when it was the Special. I called the toll-free automated service. There was absolutely no wait and I didn't need to speak to a rep at all. I did not port an old phone#, so activation was smooth and fast. Afterwards, it only took a couple minutes to set up voice mail. Yes, I had to pay for that time, but not enough to complain about. Great extras are included with the phone. It's sleek, user-friendly, and has a decent camera and games.

I am so sorry I bought this phone and network. Their customer service is terrible. Their representatives are very hard to understand, their english is terrible. It is very hard to set up and the battery has to be charged every 2 to 3 days weather you use the phone or not. The only good thing I can mention I was able to keep my cell number I had with Verizon. I feel it was a very high price to pay for the very poor service.
