This my first all-in-one printer.This is also my first time shopping with HSN. I spent a lot of time looking for a printer online,I saw the same printer every where I looked for the same price. (without a usb cable or ink and the shipping was almost doubble!) My printer arived in about a week after I placed my order. Every thing was intact and in good working order. I think for the price it can't be beat. I also found the set up very easy.

Does not print photo\'s very well... Deborah, ME Rating

I have this printer. On HSN it printed beautiful photo's but at home it does not print them very well. Pictures have lines through them. I love the way it prints other things and the scanner is great. I do not bother to try to print photo's anymore because they do not turn out very well. I had a different Lexmark that printed beautiful photo's but after I changed the ink cartridge it did not print them as well. FOr just using this printer for regular printing and scanning it is wonderful and I am happy with that part of it. Love that it only needs one ink cartridge. WOuld purchase this item again if I needed another one.

It\'s not as good as my old Lexmark X75.... Paula, KY Rating

I ordered this product because I thought it would be better than my Lexmark X-75, which I have had for at least three years. This weekend I was printing a letter with color photos from my digital camera included in the letter. When the letter printed I checked all the settings, only to find that when compared to a letter done the same way on my older Lexmark 75, the color and even the black where not anywhere as good. So I changed back to my old printer, and put the new one in the box to return. If you have never had a color printer/scanner before, this would be a good starter printer, especially since you have only one printer cartridge to replace. If you are looking for really good color, this would not be the printer for you. I have been using color printers at home, and at work for 10 years, so this one would have been a good one for me to start with when I was new in using a color printer.

RunFast ! But Anything Else, but NOT THIS!... Embarressed Gif, Rating

I gave it as a gift today, and helped get it out of the box, and set it up. The CD was broken in TWO, completly. It did not have the scrap book software, at all! We were able to use another CD to set it up. EXACT SAME CD, from a classmate. The print was spazed out. Multi colored. It was supposed to be printing black, at the time. It seemed to have a mind of it's own. I have 2 Lexmark Printers, myself, and love them! But THIS one Stinks BADLY! Don't waist your time, money, or frustration. Scanner function didn't work, at all! Poor, Pitiful Quality! Bad Joke!

I love it! The only down side is that if you print a lot, you will go thru at least 1 cartridge a week. I print a ton tho! But the cartridges are under $20! Can't beat it and the copies are crystal clear! Loving it! Thanks HSN!
