Never will buy Kodak again... finepix1500, NH Rating 1/23/2012
Advertised with a $40.00 rebate but the rebate was expired in addition to the $50.00 free Kodak special items you could order. Watch out when these Kodak cameras come up with a special or clearance price...HSN customer service was contacted repeatedly and they never resolved this problem but they did promise a lot! HSN did manage to drag this out past the 30 day return. Watch out Kodak does not honor expired coupons or rebates.

Great Camera - Finally Got Rebate!... huskieyes, PA Rating 12/11/2011
This is a great camera for the price after the rebate, if you can get Kodak to give you the rebate. Not HSN's fault. Four months after I sent in the rebate Kodak said they did not have it and I had to resend everything. I resent everything and after a week I also filed a complaint with BBB and only after that did I get a phone call from customer quality control wanted to tell me my rebate was on the way. Three calls from them and someone answered the BBB. File a complaint with BBB.

No Rebate!... Lety2, CA Rating 11/18/2011
The $40 rebate offer convinced me to purchase this camera when it was a Today's Special--to this date I have not received the rebate & Kodak only tells me they did not receive my form & that the rebate offer has expired--plus, the camera constantly freezes up when I take pictures-I have to take the battery out & put it back in for it to start working again. HSN, please do not offer any specials involving any rebates since they are not being honored. I know I'm not the only one!

I actually returned this camera because after calling the manufacturer, nobody could figure out how to get the camera wrist band onto the unit as it appeared the hole on the unit was too small. These straps should come on the camera standard. I went to seamstresses and many others and nobody could it!
