Slows operating system... Anonymous, Rating 2/16/2008
This product, while great in theory, bogs down the operating system and almost every time I try and use the product I get ''you need to log into the website before continuing.'' This is after I have setup accounts. There are constant updates to the product as well that clash with other background programs. If I wouldn''t have waited so long to set the ID Valt up on my computer I would return the item.

Really bad product. Save your money and time ! Product worked maybe a week with a few gliches which was understandable. There tech support was useless. Worst is when you load program with all your vital information and then product starts malfunctioning,is unable to access the accounts and keeps telling you to re-insect ID Vault. I''ll take my chances,keep my state of the art Firewalls in place and go back to the way I use to do it... Over the Internet on my computer! ID Vault does not work.

soooo disappointed... Dawn, PA Rating 1/26/2008
After waitng several months to install on my new vista equipped computer still does not work. Would no work on my xp computer should have sent it back. Now worked for 1 day and 1 account went to put more accts in and guess what does not work. Support never gets back to you even if you leave message on long distance phone number. I would gladly pay yearly fee if it worked but HSN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED NEVER ONCE MENTIONED YEARLY FEE. LESSON LEARNED NO MORE HSN SHAME SHAME SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

Can\'\'t believe I had to give this a star!... Denise, OK Rating 12/26/2007
I really can''t add anything that the previous seventy some people haven''t already said, except that mine sat in the box for several months so I didn''t get to send it back.. Really cute how they wait for you to set up your accounts and then SURPRISE!!! I really feel that I have been deceived on this one!! What''s next HSN? First you pull the rug out on the bulletin boards and now you''re hawking your products like a bad car salesman!
