I bought two of these for bedrooms and was very disappointed. For the one that worked, the sound is horrible it took two weeks of adjusting it to get it to be bearable to listen too and it still isnt great. The other set doesnt work at all with any remote, not the one that came with it, the one for the other TV, the fios remote, which is actually a good thing because now I can return it and I dont have to pay the shipping.

The T.V. is fine and no problems but the buttins on the remote that you would think would be in obvious conveiniate places are not. The sound and channel are little buttons in the botton middle of the remote to inclease sound you press on the outer tiny button on the left side. The large toggle buttons that are usually the sound and channel are for the set up menu and the mute is one on top with other seldon used bottons. I HATE THE REMOTE CONTROL!!!!

i bought this tv for my kitchen i love the picture quality & sound, i'm very pleased with my purchase and would definetly reccomend this tv to everyone thanks hsn!

The sound is tinny and not understandable. The romote works sometimes and other times not. this TV really needs some help. I had to return it.

My TV works great and that's what you pay for when you buy something. You buy it and expect it to work. What's exceptional is the price and quality are all found in one product. In other words, a lower price sometimes means lower quality, but not with this TV. You'll be happy with this one. Thanks HSN for offering Quality and Value
