Purchased 1st Gateway in 2002 from HSN still running. Didn't hesitate on this one for half the price. 20in LCD screen"GREAT". PC easy to install, excellent speed, sorry to say keyboard is cheaply made, using keyboard from 1st Gateway. Other then that NO problems.

I like the computer so far, don't have any plans on returning it but...... The so called speaker just does not have good sound. I kept the speakers from my old computer to use. Now all is good. The screen size is really nice, but was not too pleased with the "all in one DVD for the additional programs" as of todays date, I have been unable to load them.

This is a great computer. It has a Large harddrive and is very fast. This will last me for a long time. THANKS HSN for a great Computer. I had no trouble installing updates. The software is easy to install. THANKS AGAIN.

Not all it\'s cracked up to be...... Starkyn, OR Rating 2/16/2012
This is a fine computer if you are never going to play games, at least newer ones. The front speaker only works if you are playing things off the hard drive, it does not engage when you are listening to anything over the internet. The sound, when it works, sounds very monologue and LOW quality. Overall a big let down for the price. This got returned.
