I love Gateway & Gateway Joe. His presentation will make you want to buy a new laptop even if you don't need one. I had this for around 2 months now and I love, love, love it. Super fast, pretty in white, I love the internet tv on it. It does more but I haven't gotten around to exploring it all. The 17" screen is gorgeous. Order this laptop or one like it. The specs speak for its self. Im happy

Review after review saying this laptop crashed an burned within a week. It's so bad that you actually replaced the first one without me even having to return it first. Now 45 days after receiving my replacement, it's starting to fail also. I have used it maybe 10 times. Gateway is a joke to work with and I feel completely screwed over. $600 spent on nothing. How can you do this to your loyal customers? Recall these..... I bet the positive reviews were all done in the first week....

This is my second Gateway, loved the first and had no problems so I wasnt afraid to buy another. It has good screen quality, comes with good programs and help and welcome guides. I love it. I pay bills, shop, chat, facebook, pinterest etc...it does it all well. I don't game so dunno about that. But for a regular user, non techy non gamer, this is a great value in computer and will do all you need it to plus more. This non techy loves it.
