Netbook kept freezing up and the mouse would not move. Screen would go black and force shut-off. HSN great about returning, won't buy Gateway again.

I loved the color and style of this netbook, but it was much slower than I expected when compared to other netbooks I own. I am still a Gateway fan, however.
