I've followed the directions completely. It only works half the time! It's charged, but all I ever get is "unable to track device".

I went on a trip 200 miles away from home, and my husband knew exactly where I was. He even knew how fast I was driving. He had piece of mind knowing that he could find me if I had troubles on the highway.

Have tested it in various conditions for nearly a month works perfect. Tracking maps allow to pinpoint position down to the parking spot chosen in a mall parking lot. Excellent GPS tracking and position device. Thank you HSN!

Amazingly fast acquisition of satalites. My position was shown rapidly and was very accurate. Have not tested beyond initial use but am confident that it will provide excellent coverage and accuracy.
