Rather disappointed that customer support did not exsist unless you paid a subscriber fee.

It worked the first week. I tried to download an app and continued to get error messages. I called for technical help. Each technician instructed me different. It is still not working properly. It will not charge. I can honestly say we never used it. 4 months wasted money and time.

I am a little older so I had quite a time with the "overseas" assistance I tried to use. Finally I did download an app for an adroid tablet so I could read my Nook on it. My daughter is having more fun with it than I was!

My expectatiions was too high for this product, I guess you get what you pay for. Had to send 1st one back bc it would not hold wifi connection. Then the second ond had to be sent off to cruz to be repaired bc after about 3 weeks, same deal with th e wifi. its been about 4 weeks now and no more problems so far. Glad i got the extended warranty just in case. Its is a nice tablet and I am enjoying the benefits. I got it mainly for church, I bought and downloaded a study Bible and it is so great
