I needed a wireless router since I have been renting one from time warner cable. I ordered this and finally got it home. I unpacked in, plugged it in. This system has a usb to do the rest of the work for you. I am not a technician but understand what goes where. This one made everything so so easy. Just plug in the usb, and presto chango, Its done. did another computer, plug in usb, presto chango, done. BUY THIS ONE, NO OTHER!!!!

This product does the job intended. I called their customer service representative and they were very helpful in setting up this item on my new computer. I have had no problems with this unit. I would purchase it again.

I discovered that I really did not need this productmy laptop is wireless. I ordered this router because I wanted to take my laptop with me while traveling the Christmas/New Year's holiday and the home I visited did not have wireless capability. Being technologically-challenged, I thought the router would enable me to have internet access there. In any case, I gave this product a 4-star rating to be fair.
